“Networking in an informal atmosphere”

International Club of Flanders The Hanze was founded in 1978 by a few local industrialists with a clear historical reference to the Hanseatic League of Cities. Around the 15th century, this phenomenon reached its peak, when some 200 cities (including Bruges) worked together.

During the First World War, Zeebrugge became the operational base for the German submarine fleet, coordinated from their headquarters on the Market Square in Bruges. Fortunately, both world wars left the historic city centre virtually unscathed, making Bruges increasingly appealing to visitors and culture-lovers alike. Its beauty and attraction was confirmed in 2000, when UNESCO classified the entire medieval inner city as a world heritage site. The rest, as they say, is history.

Day Program

The B2BnB network event only provides a small taste of a more in depth program, which can be attended in the afternoon. The Business Day gives an in depth, but still diverse, overview of all aspects of the Farm to Fork Strategy in the Food Business. Attendees of the B2BnB network event are invited to take on the full menu of the Business Day as well.
