Registrations during the conference?
Welcome at the registration desk!
At the registration desk, we have the (paper) registration lists per activity, with all the registered names.
At the registration :

Cancel an activity
Please be nice and remove your name from the list if you’re not coming, so we can make someone else happy with your spot 😍

Ask if there is still a spot left for a certain activity
If there are spot left, we can manually add you to the list. Sometimes, we will only know if there are spots left, right before the activity starts (depending on cancellations & no-shows).
