Conference Venues

The majority of the conference will take place in the Bruges Meeting & Convention Centre (BMCC) and the Concertgebouw. The BMCC is a brand new building: so new, in fact, that it is still under construction! The Concertgebouw is a stone’s throw away from the BMCC, and houses auditoriums that seat over 1200 people. Epic.

Bruges Meeting & Convention Centre

The Bruges Meeting & Convention Centre (BMCC) is the perfect venue for special events, conferences and trade fairs. In addition to the impressive 4,500m² ground floor — perfect for trade fairs, larger public events and concerts — there is the conference area on the upper floors.

This brand new building in the centre of Bruges will open in January 2022, and is within walking distance from numerous hotels, historic attractions and world-famous museums.

The Concertgebouw is situated within walking distance of the historic centre of Bruges. As well as the numerous concerts that are staged there, the Concertgebouw is also highly suitable for a range of other activities such as congresses, meetings, seminars, conferences, award ceremonies, annual meetings, sales meetings, client events, personnel meetings, product launches … and even dinners on the stage. The Concert Hall is at the heart of the Concertgebouw, and is famous throughout the world for its perfect acoustics. In addition, the Concert Hall is technically very well equipped and all facilities for light & sound are present. The special architecture of the building and its breath-taking view over the city gives a stylish character to every event.
