BMCC (Bruges Meeting & Convention Centre) is counting down the days towards the big opening, starting 2022. And we, JCI EC Bruges 2022, are honoured to host our conference in this inspiring event space. Also, we are very happy to introduce this wonderful centre as one of our main locations in June 2022.
The new Bruges Meeting & Convention Centre (BMCC) is the ideal location for special events, dinners, congresses and fairs. The BMCC is a location with endless possibilities for your event. Welcome to the biggest meeting venue in Bruges
The multifunctional event space on the ground floor is the largest indoor event surface in Bruges. The expo hall with a surface area of 4,500 m² can be used separately for events or as part of larger congresses, trade fairs and larger public events for up to 2,500 people. Acoustic panels provide blackout and acoustic insulation. By opening the large glass sections, the ground floor becomes a covered square.
In the impressive entrance area on level 0, you can welcome your guests and do the registrations. Everything starts with a first good impression.
On level -1, a complete kitchen is provided for the house caterers.
Meeting in the heart of a world heritage city makes every event unique
The upper floors are designed for meetings and conferences from 10 to 514 participants. The design of this unique building provides all the desired facilities: a plenary room with a retractable seating platform for 514 people, a spacious foyer, 12 meeting rooms and a catering area on the top floor with a magnificent view of Bruges’ city centre.
