In Bruges, we have selected several hotels where you can sleep during EC Bruges 2022 (well: not much, but still 😉 ). We have made reservations as EC Bruges, which means you can book at a normal rate as a member or senator. But, the deadline is coming closer and that’s why we would like to motivate you for booking your hotel before the 15th of February 2022.
The HQ hotel is reserved for officials and VIPS. The official form to book the hotel can be found on this link. After registration you will be contacted by the hotel for payment and further information.
You can not book the hotel directly on the dates of the conference.
There are 40 rooms reserved for officials and VIPS. (National presidents + deputees + VP + EVP)
15 rooms are reserved for VIPS that buy a VIP packages. The hotel booking is not included in the VIP package.
The remaining rooms will be free to book as from February 15th.
Grand Hotel Casselbergh****
We selected Grand Hotel Casselbergh as the Senators’ Hotel.
This is one of the most beautiful hotels in the heart of Bruges : in the shadow of the Belfry, near the Central Market place and the ‘Burg’ .The hotel is located on walking distance to the conference. ASE’s general assembly will be held at this hotel on Saturday morning, followed by a reception.
Grand Hotel Casselbergh reopened in april 2021 after extensive renovations. This introduced new and timeless elements while respecting the luxurious and prestigous historic character of the building.
Relax in the wellness centre with fitness, sauna and steam bath, located in the medieval catacombs. Personal services and modern facilities are the finishing touch.
If you want to get a glimpse of the beauty and grandeur of the hotel, please visit the website www.grandhotelcasselbergh.be.
